If you contribute a toolkit for sale on the ToolkitBase platform, you must also agree to the Contributor Terms. In addition, our Privacy Policy contains details about our processing of personal data for both users and contributors.


For United States or Canadian residents, by agreeing to these Terms, you consent to resolve disputes with ToolkitBase through binding arbitration (with very limited exceptions, not in court) and waive specific rights to participate in class actions.
Acceptance of Terms. By accessing or using the ToolkitBase website, services, or any applications (including mobile applications) made available by ToolkitBase, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you disagree with these Terms, please do not use the ToolkitBase services or access the website.

The content, materials, and toolkits available on the ToolkitBase platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of ToolkitBase or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property rights. Users of ToolkitBase agree not to engage in any of the following activities:
a. Post, upload, or share unlawful, harmful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable content. b. Violate the intellectual property rights of others, including copyrights, trademarks, or trade secrets. c. Harass, threaten, or otherwise harm any other user or third party. d. Use the ToolkitBase platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ToolkitBase and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the ToolkitBase platform, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Albuquerque, New Mexico for the resolution of any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the ToolkitBase platform.

ToolkitBase reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time and for any reason. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the revised Terms on our website. Your continued use of the ToolkitBase platform following any changes to the Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
